Listening in the Light LLC provides:

2. Eligibility

  • No minors are permitted under any circumstances.

  • All sessions require full payment in advance.

  • Sessions are virtual only.

  • Booking a session indicates agreement to our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

4. No Professional Advice

The Company does not provide:

  • Psychological treatment

  • Legal or financial advising

  • Therapy or counseling

All information is for entertainment and personal insight only.

 

5. No Recording Policy

To maintain safety and confidentiality:

  • Clients may not record sessions.

  • The Company does not record sessions.

  • Audio, video, screenshots, and screen recordings are prohibited.

  • Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

 

6. Confidentiality

Information shared in sessions is confidential except where required by law (risk of harm, safety concerns, court order).

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Listening in the Light LLC and may not be used without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that:

  • The Company is not liable for any actions or decisions you take.

  • You release the Company from all claims arising from your use of the Services.
